• Doors open from 7pm 🕖
• Fully festive decorated room with giant disco ball 🪩
• Cracker for each party guest 🥳
• Christmas special 3-course menu or a Christmas Buffet option 🍴
• Dinner service starts from 8pm 🍽️
• DJ until late 🎧

“It’s been so lovely the last 4 years to not to have to hunt about for the right spot for us, we’ve found it. The DJ is fabulous and has always played plenty of Christmas music and lots of dance floor fillers. I don’t dance but love watching my staff so happy and bopping about. Pre-order for food 1 month in advance (No later than 2 weeks before Join-A-Party)
If you’re booking after 31st October 2026, you must pay in full at the time of order.
Private Hire Information:
Deposit £500 including VAT. Payment in full by 31st October 2026.
Pre-order for food 1 month in advance.
Minimum payment required is for 80 people.

Christmas Party Terms and Conditions
Full refund for bookings cancelled by 30th September 2026.
£10 per person fee for cancellation within 3 weeks prior to event.
No refund for cancellation within 2 weeks of event.
Cancellation for either booking made by Key West
Full refund given if Key West cancel with prior notice.
If cancellation outside of our venues control, refund of £15 per person will be given.
General
Pre-allocated tables for all bookings.
Requests not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Over 16’s years only.
No dogs.
No discount for Blue Light Holder or carers.
