Key West is located right at the end of Bournemouth Pier. To walk from the Bournemouth town centre, through Bournemouth Lower Gardens and through to the Pier Approach it takes approx 10 minutes. If you're driving, from the A338 Wessex Way follow the brown signs to the beaches or Bournemouth International Centre (BIC). There’s a network of local buses that service the area with a bus stop by Hot Rocks and, a short two-minute walk from Key West. From Bournemouth Train Station, it takes approx 30 minutes to walk to Key West on Bournemouth Pier. (1.3 Miles) From Bournemouth International Airport, it takes approx 15 minutes in off-peak times (6.7 Miles)
Yes we do, when you enter Key West, we have our specials board located in and around Key West for the latest deals and offers.
Yes, we do! This is all located on our menus and clearly defined. If you have any food intolerances please let a member of staff know before you order. Key West strives to meet all dietary requirements with its menu options.
Whilst we don't have a Breakfast menu as such, we do serve Breakfast baps all day.

The best way is to purchase as soon as our events are announced. Our events are first come first served and then once we create a table plan, the earliest tickets purchased will be prioritised with the best seating.
Yes, we have a stunning beautiful terrace space with panoramic views of Bournemouth, Isle Of Wight, Swanage and the surrounding areas. On bad weather days, the terrace will be closed for safety.

Yes, Bournemouth Pier is flat and accessible by wheelchairs. The main entrance to Key West is on ground level and has a small ramp and wide double doors. Toilets are on the ground floor and there is also a disabled toilet located on the East side of the pier outside with a ramp.
Yes, absolutely! All dogs are welcome inside and on the terrace as we are a dog-friendly restaurant. We even have yummy dog treats that you can purchase! Just ask a staff member for more details. All dogs should be kept on leads at all times. Water bowls are provided on request.
Yes absolutely, we are very family-friendly at Key West. Baby changing facilities are available in our toilets.
Our venue capacity is 500 guests or if you require table seating, we can seat up to 190 indoors and 160 outdoors.
You are more than welcome to decorate your table or bring in a cake but unfortunately, due to the heavy footfall and amount of special occasions we have, we are unable to do this for you.
